Key Responsibilities
New Business
* Qualifying and servicing inbound enquiries
* Offering assistance, support and coordinate all
departmental activities
* Assist in the production and implementation of
marketing activities
* Implement supporting marketing activities & #
collateral
* Lead Tracker and Support Databases
* Keeping abreast of the trade press
* Co ordinating New Business team diaries for
internal and external meetings
Front of House
* Answering and screening telephone calls
* Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
* Management and preparation of meeting rooms
* Greeting clients and dealing with all client
requests to a high service standard
* Processing mail
* Ensure reception housekeeping is maintained to a
high standard
* Provide support to company directors including
coordinating diaries and travel
The Successful Candidate will...
Be VERY organized, have a strong working knowledge of the internet and preferably experience in digital.
