Pod1 is an established creative digital agency with offices in London, New York and Cape Town. Passionate about the work we do, we've built a reputation on the high quality of our thinking, our delivery and client satisfaction. Sitting within the Service Delivery Team, the Technical Account Guru is a varied role that covers areas of Account Management, Project Management and customer support You will enjoy developing relationships and will act as the daily conduit between Pod1 and our high profile clients. You will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be able to cope well under pressure. You will understand technology and digital, and be able to help support our clients, resolve their issues and help deliver strategic ideas.

Main responsibilites:

•Managing several accounts – maintaining a good relationship.
•Receiving Calls and emails on issues
•Logging tickets and maintaining the ticketing system.
•Investigating and understanding issues to ensure we have all the relevant information before work begins
•Verifying issues have been resolved satisfactorily
•Developing relationships with clients
•Liaising with other teams in the company to ensure client requests are dealt with satisfactorily. •Managing support retainers •Escalating incidences as required


Requirements:
•An understanding of web technologies and e-commerce

•Good Analytical/Problem Solving Skills

•Good organisation and time management skills

•Attention to detail

•Good written and spoken communication skills

•Happy to be client facing

•Calm under pressure
