The Senior Account Strategist is responsible for providing strategic direction across a range of client accounts. The role is to develop and deliver strategic frameworks and business rationales for wide range of websites, E-commerce, eCRM projects.

Much of the role is client facing and involves delivering strategic input at all levels so excellent client facing skills is a prerequisite. This includes the production of strategy and business case documents and working alongside the rest of the project team and client to ensure strategy underpins the deliverable.

You will be able to demonstrate a history of delivering strategy and be able to identify, articulate and endorse your insights and recommendations to clients.

The Senior Strategist will be required to work with the senior management team to raise the profile of the strategic planning amongst Pod1 clients.

Provide strategic marketing input to include:

• Facilitate user workshops, and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative research to support strategy
• Distilling and analyzing data and research information to deliver strategic direction and business case rationale

Manage the strategic approach and consistency of thinking, and deliverables across a group of client accounts including:

• Identifying strategic opportunities for ongoing improvement and business development from existing clients
• Working with Group Account Director and New Business teams to pitch and win business and marketing strategy projects
• Developing best practice strategic frameworks, templates, tools, and processes for wider use within the strategy and planning team
• Maintain strong working relationships with the test of the senior management team

Minimum requirement:

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital
Strong analytical thinking
Ability to develop strategic frameworks
Strong planning and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in engaging with clients up to Executive Board level
