The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
+ A passion for designing compelling, usable and useful websites
+ Good understanding of user experience concepts and practice
+ Ability to communicate ideas through design
+ Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
+ Strong inter-personal skills with internal and external stakeholder management
+ Understanding of web technologies
+ Ability to analyse situations and solve problems
As a member of the User Experience team you will be responsible for:
+ Planning and executing competitor, market and customer research
+ Gathering and translating customer and business requirements into defined specifications
+ Developing and maintaining information architecture deliverables using tools such as Visio and Axure
+ Defining innovative user interfaces which result in improved user experience/productivity
+ Developing solutions that put the client needs at the centre of what you do on a daily basis
+ Working closely with strategy, marketing, creative and technology teams throughout the define, design and developments phases of a project
