Invensys Rail – a world leader in rail control and automation systems – is part of Invensys Plc: a global automation, controls and process solutions group employing over 30,000 people and operating in more than 60 countries worldwide.
Objective
Pod1 had previously worked with Invensys to create its original global, corporate website. When the company was undergoing re-branding, it again turned to Pod1 to edit and update its online presence in sync with its new identity.
Solution
Building on Invensys’ new corporate branding, Pod1 updated the site to support the brand identity, in the process incorporating sections for latest news, achievements, expertise and events, and thus optimising the site’s appeal and potential.
Result
Invensys is delighted with its new website, and its SEO ranking is improving month on month. The company is currently furthering its marketing activities and has commissioned Pod1 to develop an extranet to enhance its communications. The corporate site has now been translated into Spanish and the company has plans for other sites in the group.
